About this Retreat:

Establish the foundation of inner peace through the balance of science and unique experiential workshops on mindfulness exercises, music, and healing practices. You'll gain the tools and insights needed to release anxiety and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and inner calm. A step by step approach enables you to take these simple practices home and incorporate them into daily life for maximum positive results.

Professional musicians, speakers, artists, poets, workshop facilitators, and attendees come together to connect in a conscious, supportive, and sacred space.  Relax. Replenish. Dive deep. Let music, nature, laughter, and inspired teachers open the door to the peaceful center of your human being.

Who we are:

Dr. Sandra Solano, Lisa Ferraro and Sifu Helen Yee and all of our expert wellness professionals have assisted high functioning individuals and groups and are recognized internationally for their areas of expertise.

Each weekend will offer a new practice while building on the foundation of each previous session.

The benefit of practicing mindfulness, music and movement in small groups has proven scientific benefits.  Some of which are the ability to focus more deeply, create more slowly and relax with ease.  This experience stays with you when you get home making it easier to reconnect with that ease and peace when practicing individually.
